I have traveled all over the world and lived in Europe and the Middle East. It was during these times abroad that I became interested in various cuisines and desserts. I started to experiment with tastes, spices, and presentation and my career in food began. Over the past 16 years I have catered events ranging in size from 6 to 200 people. No event is too large or too small--I enjoying working with everyone--and all receive my personal attention and care.
With the Bittersweet Café I have put together a group of people, both local and from various parts of the U.S. and Europe, who make exquisite pastries, truffles, cakes and other culinary delights. I specialize in Mid-East and some European cooking styles, but can provide any type of cuisine you may desire for you special event.
